GENERAL CONDITIONS
DEPOSIT
Reservation will be definitively booked with a deposit of 30 % of the total amount for a stay of 3 nights and more, 100 % for a stay of 1 or 2 nights, deductible at the end of the stay.
We do not take the credit cards.
CANCELLATION
The total amount of the deposit will be kept in case of cancellation of your reservation.
ARRIVAL
We will try to do our best to prepare your room in time for your arrival. But thank you to consider that can’t be realizable starting from 4 p.m.
Thank you to inform us for later arrival.
DEPARTURE
Rooms have to be left at 11 am.
