POLICY

Arrival/Departure: saturday after 5pm/saturday within

10am; week day arrival (not high season) and week-end stays available.
In

middle and low season, the rate of stay will be calculated person/per

day.

Final cleaning 65 € normally; according to the apartment

conditions, it may cost up to €100
Bed and bathroom linen available to rent

25,00 € per person;

Cancellation fees : -30 days: 30% ot the

total;-14days : 50 % of the total; -3 : 100 % of the total.

Visitors'

tax to be paid on site ( € 0,80 per person per day )

The damage

deposit (€600) paid at arrival will be refund at departure if there are no

damages in the apartments, or after 8 days.

A deposit of 30% of the total

rental fee is requested on booking; the balance will be paid at

arrival
